Having a strong passion for fitness and dance, I can easily connect, understand, and feel the pain of my clients. I was born in France where I received my formal education in fitness training and accounting. It was in Paris where I got the idea to open a gym club. After living there for 30 years, I met my American husband and came to America in 1998.
I have been a certified Massage Therapy Practitioner since 2001. I earned certification from California College of Physical Art (CALCOPA) in Huntington Beach, Orange County. This led me to begin assisting people through body work and massage therapy, which I have been doing since 2002.
My education includes 300 hours of basic training in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, nutrition, case studies, clinics, and professionalism. I also took a specialized 100-hour course on sports massage, movement analysis, Muscles Energy Technique (MET), assisted stretching, kynesiolgy.
Since my practice requires, I oriented myself about the holistic aspect of massage through 50 hours of Shiatsu (tsubo points or trigger points), and 50 hours of Reflexology and Myofascial therapy.

Recently, I received a 100-hour medical massage therapy training that allowed me to get certification for medical and orthopedic massage therapy.
